In this episode we will discuss Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis with Brad. After hearing our episode covering this same topic, Brad requested an interview to explain the life saving option of a lung transplant. We are happy to let him share his story this week.
Graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, Brad spent over 30 years in executive management in healthcare manufacturing and retail industries. As a lifetime hobby, and as a way to work himself though college, was a part time broadcast DJ and talk show producer starting in the 1980s through the early 2000’s. He is married with three children and three grandchildren. Diagnosed in 2013 with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, he obtained a lung transplant in March 2014. He mentors two pulmonary fibrosis support groups, is an administrator of the Pulmonary Fibrosis Open Forum on Facebook, and resides in Naples Florida.
